Welcome to Shri Vinayaka Transport. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our taxi and transport services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Policy

Advance bookings are recommended, especially for outstation trips and special events. Booking confirmation requires 20% advance payment for outstation trips. For local trips, advance booking is optional. Balance payment is due at the end of the trip or as per agreed terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: More than 6 hours before pickup time
• 20% Cancellation Fee: Within 6 hours of pickup time
• 100% Cancellation Fee: No-show or cancellation after pickup time
• Rescheduling: Free rescheduling allowed once (subject to availability)

Cancellations must be communicated via call, WhatsApp, or email. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Service Inclusions

Standard taxi service includes: Vehicle with AC, professional driver, driver allowance for outstation trips, and basic insurance coverage. Outstation packages include driver night halt charges (if applicable) and state permit charges.

4. Additional Charges

Toll charges, parking fees, entry fees, and night charges (10 PM to 6 AM) are additional. Waiting charges apply after free waiting time (30 minutes for local, 1 hour for airport). Extra hours/kilometers charged as per agreed rates. Hill station charges may apply for mountain routes.

5. Payment Terms

Payments accepted via: Cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Bank Transfer, and Cards. GST applicable as per government regulations. Advance payment for outstation trips. Final payment due at trip completion or as per invoice terms for corporate bookings.

6. Vehicle & Service Standards

All vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained. In case of vehicle breakdown, we provide immediate replacement at no extra cost. We're not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Driver Standards

All drivers are licensed, experienced, and trained professionals. They adhere to traffic rules and professional conduct. Smoking in vehicles is prohibited. Drivers have the right to refuse service for passenger misconduct or safety violations.

8. Passenger Obligations

• Provide accurate pickup location and contact details
• Be ready at pickup point at scheduled time
• Maintain respectful conduct towards driver and fellow passengers
• Carry valid ID proof for outstation trips
• Follow vehicle rules and safety guidelines
• No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities in vehicle
• Report any concerns immediately to management

9. Insurance & Liability

Basic passenger insurance included in all trips. Personal accident insurance recommended for outstation travel. We're not responsible for personal belongings, valuables, or luggage. Passengers advised to secure their belongings. Damage to vehicle due to passenger negligence will be charged.

10. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, road blockages, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives. Refunds provided only for service failures on our part.

11. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via website or direct notification. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
